We plan to have a presentation from a criminal investigator on the digital aspects of investigations. Please plan to join us at 11:30 on May 15, 2019!

We got tons of feedback at our last meeting. We will be taking the month of March off so that our members can support the GFIA Spring Conference in McDonough.

If you missed our last meeting but have an idea for training or want to present, please contact Bill Perdue.

    Thanks for your support!

We look forward to seeing everyone at Manuel's at 11:30! This month we would like to take some time and get input from our members about the type of training that would be most meaningful. We have some topics being considered currently from our officers and board members. However, many of our members have a wealth of knowledge from which we can all benefit.

Is there something you have done that you feel is meaningful to the community? Do you have an interesting case study?

Similarly, is there something you feel is lacking from your training and experience about which you would like to learn more?

Bring your suggestions this month and we will have a group discussion about your needs.

Thanks and we look forward to seeing all of you there!

Let's welcome the newly elected president of the Georgia Fire Investigators Association, Perry Hopkins, and Georgia Arson Control’s new Consultant, Ken LeCroy. This will not be a formal presentation, but rather more of a discussion of what’s going on with these organizations we all know and respect.

We have been unable to find a place that suits our needs. Manuel's is set to reopen in June and we are on the books for our regular monthly meeting there after that. Thanks to everyone for your patience.

As usual we will not meet in March because of the GFIA Spring Seminar. We hope all attendees enjoy another great line-up this year.

We continue our search for a new lunch meeting location. Thanks to those of you who have made suggestions.
